GAAC 2007 VERONAMARATHON ASD,in collaboration with the MUNICIPALITY of VERONA,
they organize the
LAST10KM - NOT COMPETITIVE
There are no specific requirements to participate in the event.
Last10km is a non-competitive walk/run in the center of Verona.
Run or walk with your loved ones and visit the beauties of the city of Romeo and Juliet.

You can check the status of your membership at any time.
We remind you that to pick up your bib you need to download the CONFIRMATION LETTER which will be sent by mail or will be downloadable from the tds.sport website

IMPORTANT
The CONFIRMATION LETTER will be available only for registered athletes who will result REGULAR with their membership.

The bib will be delivered upon presentation of the printed CONFIRMATION LETTER and can be collected at
the EXPO area - AGSM forum (Piazzale Azzurri d'Italia).
WITHDRAWAL WITH PROXY
The collection can also take place by proxy by presenting the following documents:

The TECHNICAL GADGET will be delivered to the rerace bib pull.
BIB WITHDRAWAL
To access the grid you need to show up 20 minutes before from the departure time to check the bib number.
You can find the starting grid on your bib.
IMPORTANT: Athletes who start in grids other than those assigned will not be classified.

RACE SERVICES INFORMATION
SHUTTLE SERVICE
On Sunday a will be available SHUTTLE SERVICE continuous (in collaboration with transport service Verona - ATV) from 7.00 am to 3.30 pm which will connect the EXPO area to the departure/arrival area.

TIME LIMIT
The time limit to finish the race is set in 1h30.
Athletes who run slower and who do not respect the time limit will be required to observe the rules of the road code.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be a refreshment point along the way.
Distribution of drinks in bottles (only loose cap, to be thrown near the tables of the volunteers).
Managed by volunteer staff.
WC
The Wc sercice will be available in Piazza Cittadella (300m from the start/finish area) and in the refreshment points along the route.
HEALTH SERVICE
Along the way, assistance will be guaranteed on the basis of the health plan structured by the Italian Red Cross.
DIPLOMA OF PARTICIPATION
The diplomas will be downloadable from the TDS website starting from the day following the event.

In case of non-participation in the race, the registration fees will not be refunded.
FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE
IMAGE RIGHT
By subscribing to the Last10km registration form, the athlete, from now on, expressly authorizes the organization to use free of charge images, still and/or moving, portraying his person and taken on the occasion of his participation in the Last10km.
This authorization to use your image must be understood as granted for an indefinite period and without territorial limits all over the world, for use in various publications and films, including, by way of example and not limited to, promotional and/or advertising materials and made on all media.
The organization may also transfer the rights of use provided for in this agreement to third parties, its institutional and commercial partners.
PRIVACY
By signing the Last10km registration form, the participant accepts that personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected to participation in the sporting event, in particular:
1. to formalize the registration to the events and for all connected and consequential fulfilments;
2. to send the update newsletter on the status of activities and updates related to the event (such as, for example, delays, route changes, regulation updates);
3. for updates related to the event, including the possibility of printing your own participation diploma yourself;
4. for updates relating to the activities of the Organization as defined above;
5. for entering personal data in the company computer databases;
6. for fulfilments and obligations established by laws, regulations and community regulations or
by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory bodies e
control;
The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes related to registration and the obligations established by laws or other regulations, and is necessary for the correct establishment and continuation of the established relationship.

DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that participating in this event is potentially dangerous and that you should not register and participate unless you are medically fit and adequately trained.
The participant assumes full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while traveling to or from the event.to, during the event or while in the places where the event takes place. He is also aware of the risks associated with participation in this event, such as (by way of example and not limited to) falls, contact with other participants, effects of wind, traffic and road conditions, and therefore assumes responsibility .
The participant, for himself and for his heirs and executors, hereby renounces, frees and exempts forever the organizers of the event, gthe sponsors, promoters and each of their agents, representatives, successors and executors, and all other persons in any way associated with this event, (hereinafter "the Organization" from any liability, claim, action and damages which may make moves against them as a result of your participation in this event, or in any way connected with it.
The participant is aware that this release includes any claim for facts caused by the negligence, action or default of any of the aforementioned parties.
DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
By signing the registration form, the athlete declares that he knows and accepts the Last10km regulation, published on the website www.veronamarathon.it and that he is 18 years old on the date of the event.
He also expressly declares under his own responsibility, not only that he has declared the truth (art. 2 of law 04/01/1968 n° 15 as amended by art. 3 paragraph 10 of law 15/05/1997 n° 127), but of exempt the organizers from any liability, both civil and criminal, for damage to persons and/or things caused by or derived from him. Disclosure Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Protection of privacy
I am aware that participating in the Last10km is potentially a risky activity.
I also declare that I register voluntarily and I am also responsible in the case of registration of a minor, of whom I am a parent or legal guardian, carried out by me.
I assume all the risks deriving from my participation in the event: falls, contacts with vehicles, with others
participants, spectators or otherwise, weather conditions, including torrid heat, extreme cold and/or humidity, traffic and road conditions, any type of well-known risk assessed by me and any consequences deriving from illnesses and/or injuries suffered or caused to himself or to third parties, also attributable to unsuitable physical condition, which may occur during and after participation in the event.
I therefore declare that I waive, now and for the future, on my behalf and that of the minor of whom I am a parent or responsible, any claim for compensation and compensation in relation to the above.
I release and release, to the fullest extent permitted by the mandatory regulations in force, the Organizing Committee of the Last10km, GAAC 2007 VERONAMARATHON ASD, ASI, all Sponsors and Partners of the event, their respective representatives, successors, officers, directors, members, agents and employees of the aforementioned Companies, of all present and future claims or liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, deriving from my participation in the event and from that of those who participate under my responsibility.
The organization reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time in order to guarantee a better organization of the competition, after having communicated it and obtained approval from FIDAL.
For anything not covered by this regulation, the statutory technical rules of FIDAL and the GGG apply
Any changes to services, places and times will be duly communicated to the registered athletes or will be reported on the website www.veronamarathon.it
The documentation containing the essential information for picking up the bib and for taking part in the race will be sent by the organization to each registered athlete.
